Welcome to my "Days of Painting" Blog. I decided to set up this blog to do a painting a day. Whilst this is the aim, generally the numbers of paintings I do per day does vary, sometimes I paint more than one painting in a day, sometimes paintings take longer so I thought it would be better to give it a more open title. :) However the aim is to put as many paintings up as possible.
Well I hope you will enjoy seeing my latest paintings and find this blog an inspiration. :) I'm also making many of these paintings available for purchase, through eBay, other auction sites or direct through Paypal.

I was born in 1959 in Newport Monmouthshire. I have always been interested in painting and drawing and studied Fine Art at at Cardiff Art College (University of Wales in Cardiff) 1978-1981 and recieved a BA (hons) degree.
I have exhibited fairly widely including at the Royal Academy Summer Exhibition, Stowell's Trophy exhibition, a number of Eisteddfods in Wales, and in a variewty of mixed and solo exhibitions at public and private Galleries in London and throughout the UK. I have works in private collections in the UK and Worldwide and also one or two public collections.
I now live and work in Cardiff. Although primarily a representational painter I also occasionally do abstract works and work in other creative mediums such as Digital media, Video, Photography, Graphic Design etc
This is another little painting of Gorsedd Gardens (The small park by the National Museum of Wales in Cardiff).
